Why is my EDC a revolver?

I would be well armed if I had a .357 snub as an EDC, I saw an SP-101 at a pawn shop, but it was over priced. But, that didn't stop someone from buying it, since it was gone a few months later.

And it was pretty scratched up too.

125 gr in a 357 is potent medicine.

FBI report of crime and shooting found the 125 JHP at 1250 to be 97% one shot fight stopper. They also found the average gun fight only last 1.7 rounds. 357SP101 fits those stats nicely!

My first duty revolver was a Smith Model 15. Wore it for Uncle Sam back in 1965. Still carry revolvers as EDC. But I love my new KC Colt 3". Six shots of Remington Golden Sabers 125 grains @ 1200fps. Great action on the Colt and the finish and polish is outstanding. Very accurate.

any standard commercial .357 magnum load is probably sufficient.

I've got to say I'm with Bob in choice of EDC. The big difference is I prefer cross draw.
