I pulled all the guns out of one of my safes and right there in the very back was my Snake Charmer.......

Looks like you have the double barreled version there

Heh I had a snake charmer way back when. Lent it to a nephew when I took him hunting. He liked it so much I let him keep it. His dad was torqued at me tho'.

What can I say, my brother is a chucklehead

Also:

Not a bad idea Johnny I think I will give myself a .45 to me for my birthday.

That is a 20 g with the wood from a 30/30 h+r with the straight stock.I got the wood in on a gunbroker deal were i needed a receiver and the wood came too ,, so i did some sanding and oiling on it to make it lighter. All H+Rs are the same damed color wood + i wanted to be different. The gun has been cut to 19" about 20 years ago and i must have put 1000 shells down the tube. Its so fun to shoot. All the kids in my familial have learned to shoot with it over the years. Its been a fun gun for the $60.00 i paid for it back them.

Old Rossi that had a short barrel,so i had a Mossberg Polly choke put on to make it 19" and legal.
