How many time does one hear that on the news now days? But this time I'm talking about correct spelling. If you look for that term on Websters Dictionary, it automatically goes to "supreme" and we all know what that means. If you look up "supremacist", it gives you this : an advocate or adherent of the supremacy of one group.

So why do all the news programs get it wrong? It's just like "Fentanyl", none of them can get that right either. Maybe they've taken too much "Tylenyl"?

So, why can't supposedly highly educated people get it right?

Oxford dictionary has supremist (with an i) listed as an alternate spelling/ shortening of the word supremacist. In use since the 1800’s.

Language is a lump of clay that gets molded and reshaped with time. There are rules, and exceptions to rules. Alternative spellings, nuances and different styles.

Your thinking has it like a rock. Hard and never changing.

I wonder if "projectionism" is a word. If so, I’d apply it to the media in their effort, on behalf of dems/libs/commies, to project a false equity between the racism of one group and that of another.

Are you talking about the misspelled word? If so, be advised your topic starting post has the third word misspelled.

[1]white supremacy[

: the belief that the white race is inherently superior to other races and that white people should have control over people of other races.

Merriam Webster definition

Well.......don't really know what to say about this. Being Caucasian I would love to believe this. Who wouldn't want to belong to a group of people who are the ultimate of their kind. That being said, all races have good and bad folks, including whites.

Media/government are distraction oriented entities. They throw out so much crap as to keep one from looking at the government and it's incompetence. I'm 59 years old and democrats, as well as Republicans...yes Republicans too have continually engaged in these behaviors.

Example......What was shot down over lake Michigan? When the public was crying out for answers what happened? We were flooded nuke info about Russia. Bait and switch.

Sorry for the rant. All people, regardless of race, fall short of the mark. I use the motto," Trust God, love people." A higher power is the pnly true supremacist!
