Where to buy internal barrel wrench?( .38, 1 in 16 twist )

This is a splined ( like the internal barrel grooves ) shaft that engages the inside of the barrel. S&W uses such a tool to remove the hybrid barrel from Scandium, Titanium and X frame guns. The hybrid barrel is a light alloy outer shroud with a steel liner. The liner is threaded / stepped and the shroud keyed to fit the frame, a regular clamp type external barrel wrench won't work.

Coat the inside of the barrel with release agent, rough up a 1/4" bolt and center it in the bore and fill it with acraglas. Just an idea.
