under poweed bulk ammo is the problem with a lot of my jams .i started measuring the rim on each shell to get mor consistent shots at the range for good groups and less hangups.. i shoot the lowest powered ones in my single six .never fails me

Numerous testers at Rimfirecentral.com have reported that "sorting" .22 ammo by weight or rim thickness almost never has any measurable effect on accuracy, and in some cases the "sorted" ammo actually shoots slightly worse groups than randomly selected rounds. Most RFCers now no longer waste our time with it.
