What the heck is 'mobility as a service'?

Duh!

Some folks would differentiate conveyances from intellectual property, and potentially their competitive advantage.

There are also lots of folks willing to trust everything about themselves to the cloud.

I suppose those are the folks who'd lease this service.

If we use the internet, in any fashion, we are "trusting" someone.

And, there are certainly ways of using this service without jeopardizing your intellectual property, otherwise this would have never gotten off the ground. Do you think that you are the only one that has ever thought of this negative aspect... Just because this service is used for some things, does not mean that it is used for every aspect of business.

and after reading all your posts, i still dont know what youre all talking about! :>
just a casual observation but it appears to me businesses are so concerned about being on the cutting edge and having the latest, they forgot HOW to do business and be customer friendly.
sure, get product to market faster, cheaper...but in the shuffle somewhere, the human factor was lost. maybe if everyone slowed down a bit, more wouldnt be missed.
