here the last few days. Somewhere around 8" in three days. Sort of major flooding, Interstates closed both I-29 and I-90. Rivers flooding, towns under water, trains derailed because of collapse of railbed, etc. We've been on the edge of all the tornado activity and thankful to be on the edge of that, but did get walloped by rain.

OK where I live, tho I did have some ponding in the back yard. Hopefully it has moved off.

How are other upper midwest folks doing?

We had .65" on the 20th of June. First rain since late February. Our total this year is just over 1.5".

Here I go changing the original thread subject again:

A few weeks ago, my gf sent me a package and one of the items was a jar of black honey. I looked it up and it comes from Mexico. It was awesome. Unfortunately, I could not find that particular brand on the net, nor at any stores to order more for myself. While my father used to like Brer Rabbit Molasses on his pancakes/waffles, it never appealed to me. My tastes ran more to Karo White Syrup, then to a Canadian Amber Syrup and then to honey. This black honey is the best yet! I plan on asking my gf where I can get more.

That sounds good. I would like to get some of the purple honey from NC but I always miss it.
Daddy always liked cane syrup, especially on salmon patties (you may not know what that is unless you live in the south).
