I have an extra set of Chig Grips for the Original XR3 grip frame. I'm pretty sure these are Turkish Walnut but I'm not 100% sure. Chig has them marked as a 3A which he could probably confirm wood if needed. These pictures were taken in direct sunlight to try and highlight the figure in the wood. $75 shipped

tbone,, the plastic grips you have fit an XR3-RED grip frame,, not the OM XR3 grip frames. Just thought I'd throw out the info,, in case anybody wonders. I can't tell about the metal ones.
Those engraved ones look like the pewter grips that Adams Engraving used to make. I think they sold them for about $50.

You are right. I just found that out. I haven't been into Rugers long enough to know much. The metal ones are the same as the plastic ones.
They are heavy.

Received the grips today, and your pictures don't do them justice: absolutely beautiful burl and immaculate finish. Clearly, Chig's Grips does extraordinary work. Thanks again for a great transaction.
