Wanted: warranty card(s) for '60's/'70's Ruger with zip code

Any of you folks have one or more warranty cards in mint or close shape that would be proper for an early '70's Super Blackhawk box? I understand they came in various colors. Would have to have the zip code, proper for post 1965 or so guns.
