I'm looking to get either a Vortex or Leupold Deltapoint Pro for my PC Carbine. I will be co-witnessing with the iron sights. Any suggestions? What's the difference between Vortex's Venom, Razor and Viper.

I would suggest just looking at both in person and see which one you like.
Personally , I doubt it would really matter.
They are both made in China.

Not sure about Leupolds warranty on red dots.
Vortex has a lifetime warranty , with is good because you will probably need it.

EDIT :
I stand corrected .
The Leupold is made in America.
My humble apologies to Leupold.

I stand corrected.
Leupold DeltaPoint is made in America.
It say's so right on their web site.
It also comes with a lifetime warranty.

That right there would make my decision between the two.

My humble apologies to Leupold.

I looked through both today and I like the slightly bigger viewing area of the Leupold with a 6 moa dot. That's what I'm going with.

Sometime ago switched to EOtech sight and find it to be a very fine addition to any rifle I put it on, and it is definitely made in America and is of very high quality.
