I have a 22/45 Mark III target model and I really like to shoot it, but the factory adjustable rear sight kinda sucks.

Is the Volquartsen TL2000 sight a good improvement and does the sight picture 'work' with the stock front?

IMO, yes, it's an improvement:
All steel (can be touched up with cold blue).
Notch is more narrow than the stock sight.
Flat, grooved rear "face" reduces glare and gives a less cluttered sight picture.
Adjustments seem more precise.

Yes, it will work with the front sight on Target Models.

Greg
