This is a pretty good video, about a half an hour long. The guy really has some fine examples and does the transition from gun to gun well.

Notice narrator says "38 Auto Colt was a semi rimmed cartridge" same time he turns slide to camera and its stamped " Rimless" ?

The .38 Auto and the .38 Super are both semi rimless. The slide or barrel being marked rimless only means that that barrel is made to headspace on the case mouth and not the rim.
