Hey guys I have one of the Blackhawk s4440 convertibles and it's new in box complete with original shipper and paperwork. It is serial number 87-001xx and I was wondering what a fair price for it would be. If I decide to sell it will be posted here first. I think only 1200 or so we're made.

Thanks guys for the input. Now I just need to decide if I want to part with it since it's just a safe queen.

That was a vaquero. Mine is a Blackhawk convertible. But still kinda gives a range to price it at.

NIB average 1K,,anything below that would be a great deal IMO.
Good luck with your sale.

Agree. In my travels closer to $1k to $1200, especially if it is part of any group with Buckeye convertibles.
I don't think the 44 convertibles numbered half the figure above.

According to the RENE,, there were 1219 of these guns made. And,, as noted,, while often added to, or mentioned with the Buckeye Specials,, they are not marked as Buckeye's. And their serial numbers aren't done the same as the Buckeye's.
