Got two really nice bucks hitting the scrape now,
this dandy nine pointer and his big brother
Youth deer season is next weekend and we are
hoping our 9 year old granddaughter gets to tag one of them

This is the biggest one yet, got him with two different cameras
On this one he is heading to the scrape

Looks like he broke that one tine off but that big boy is really nice! Hard to tell from the photos but looks like he is a 6x4 to me. He would make a nice "ugly rack" mount

Thanks for sharing your photos! I don't get to see bucks like that around here much.

I use the Moultrie D-40 with the flash turned on. I have 3 of them out and they do not seem to bother the deer at all. I got one a couple of years ago to see if I would like trail cameras with thoughts of getting one of the "high end" cameras if I liked it, but the results were so good I just got a couple more of the D-40's. Besides I would rather loose a $69.00 camera to thieves than a $500.00 one. I'm now in the process of putting a wireless video camera system together with plans of streaming it to my website real-time 24/7.

Thanks for the info. All the makers claim to be the latest and greatest but often the high dollar equipment is unnecessary.
