They were very nice looking guns IMO...I wasn't around during the time period when these were available. But, I honestly struggle to understand why they just didn't sell very well, and were ultimately discontinued. My guess is that they'd sell "like hotcakes" on today's market...Just like the Wrangler currently is.

I have been looking for Light Weights for years guns & boxes only have one green wreath box that looks not much better than WMG's second picture & only sold one black wreath box to a collector who was starting & had some nice Light Weights that needed a box for displaying. I displayed Lights Weights years back in Tulsa.

I stumbled on a gold lightweight cylinder... No idea how or why it was separated from a gun. Somewhere there is a gun in search of its cylinder. Bet the owner doesn't even know it
