Thread pitch on Blackhawk Barrels OM vs NM

I have an OM .41 mag with a 6.5" barrel and a NM .41 mag with a 45/8" barrel. I am thinking about swapping barrels as the OM has such a great action but I want the shorter barrel. I have swapped on NM to NM just fine. But I wanted advice before I started messing with things. Thanks.

They are all the same thread.
However -
Once you have to deal with B/C gap, and adjusting shoulders to make the front sight vertical, I bet you would be money ahead to cut the long barrel down and have TWO guns you like .
Also-
Some of the guys on this forum might come to your house and rough you up if you put a warning barrel on an OM.

Pre warning. But you may be right about the trouble vs cost of cutting the barrel.

Get Kuhnhausen's book. Within he explains the "shoulder" differences between OM and NM barrels.
