It's been quite some time since I've made a post on this forum, but I would like everyone's honest opinions. A buddy of mine took in, on consignment at his LGS, a pretty nice P93DC, stainless slide, 2-15 round mags and rubber fingergrooved grips.
Long ago, in 2002 I believe, I sold my stainless P95DC and regretted it ever since. I've seen them here and there through the years, probably a half dozen in the past 18 months, but never bit on one. The thing I remember most about that P95 I had was that it ran like a Swiss watch, never jammed, I always took it to the range and was just plain fun to shoot! Whenever I saw a P95 in a used gun case it would always stop my in my tracks.
I understand that the P93DC is very similar to the P95DC except for an aluminum frame as opposed to a polymer frame, and I think this is my chance to fill the 18 year void of getting another P series pistol. Positives and negatives of your experiences with the 93, especially negatives, would be appreciated, as well as anything else I should look out for. I'm thinking very seriously about purchasing this one. Thanks in advance for the replies.
