took this big boy with my new 2nd generation predator in 400 legend at 80 yards using winchesters powerpoint 215 gr ammo. thats not the gun in the picture. i didnt have it with me when we found him.

I'm about 40 miles east or so of LaCrosse WI , it was right at the freezing mark Saturday morning but the wind just felt cold , i should have had more than enough clothes on but just couldn's seem to get warm

we had brutal northwest winds friday with temps in low 40's it felt like
10*. i hunt bout hour or so south of peoria

thanks everyone! i passed on this guy saturday evening. he walked right past the blind i was in, 20 yards, something told me not to take him, glad i did, buck hunt woulda been over and i wouldnt have been able to take the one sunday morning.
