The 10/22 Magnum

I know that Ruger quit making these-whendid production start and when did it stop- why did Ruger stop making these-were these ever produced in a Stainless version? What is a reasonable price for one of these puppies?

Made from 1998 - 2006... I bought both of mine in 1999.

Extraction issues with some early (single extractor) models, followed by a poorly engineered fix with the later (dual extractor) models.

They never made any stainless models.

Reasonable price is in the eye of the buyer, but I wouldn't expect to find one for much less than $500 these days... although the occasional deal does arise for the patient and diligent searcher.
