Well, sure 'nuf, I managed to stumble upon a second old .357 today. It's a bit cleaner than the one I bought a couple weeks back. Looks like it has a 6 3/8" barrel and it's ready for the range. I just "couldn't help myself"...it was calling to me! This looks like a 1960 year model gun.

So this afternoon, my buddies are coming over to shoot and I'll take my two Old-Model Ruger Blackhawk Flat-tops out to the range along with a few boxes of ammo so everyone can try them out! I may even take a 657 S&W that followed me home last week....you never know! It's too nice outside stay away from the range!!

Nice gun...but I'm much more interested in your "new" 657. Is it a short-barrel? If so, you may have mistakenly gotten my gun. After all, I've been looking for a decent 657 for lo...these many months. Pix would be nice. Being somewhat disheartened, I've had to settle for a .44 Special instead so I'm not overly depressed.
