Texan 8 station turret

Can anyone tell me what I can expect to pay for a used, but well cared for press?

I'd say, as a rough guess-timate, at about 1/2 of new, depending on brand and type of press.

Personally, I'd just go ahead and buy a new one if I had to pay more than that.

Hi,

It's been a while since I've seen a Texan turret for sale, but I seem to remember they were a bit pricey. Dunno if that reflects quality or nostalgia?

Anyway, I'd guess about 1/2 the price of one of the "big name" turrets (RCBS, Lyman, Redding?) might be a fair price, IF you like the Texan better than something like the Lee Classic Cast turret, which is probably about that same price NEW, and carries pretty good reviews...

Just guessin', you know?

Found one for $195 and was just wondering. I think i do just as well with my Dillon 550

Don't know what they go for, but they're hell for stout.

My Father-in-Law gave one to me, very cool old press.
