Can get 30 Carbine surplus ammo with one lot head stamped "WCC 1945" and the other "WRA 1952". Need info as to corrosive primers and can the cases be reloaded? also is the military ammo loaded to a higher pressure than factory ammo? Appreciate your feedback....Lou

Neither is corrosive and both are re-loadable. No worries about pressure. I wouldn't pay a premium for the surplus over buying new commercial ammo. But if you can get it a a good price, buy it all!

The only 30 Carbine surplus ammo to worry about is marked LC 52. The real Lake City stuff is fine, but the chi-coms made some fake, corrosive, berdan primed knock-offs with this head stamp. The font isn't right but you have to look closely.

Military ammo has crimped in primers. Remove the crimp and you have excellent brass for reloading. My RCBS primer pocket swager works great for mine.
