I remember Janis, lots of mud, the Vanilla Fudge 'You Keep Me Hanging On' and a real cute girl with long red hair.Precision32 said:Stone cold! Almost semiretired.
When Johnny Winters came out and jammed with her it was great. Remember when Spirit started up?
Add a girl sitting on the hood of your car and a warm, soft summer rain and it's not so bad. :wink:SAJohn said:I really like those, also the song "Summertime, Summertime" Now about drinking warm beer - yuck.

I play music in my office at work. I had Iron Butterfly doing "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" playing in the background. One of my younger workers was in my office and said "Those guys are great! When are they going on tour?" "Oh, about 45 years ago!" You should have seen the look on his face.
Like Jethro Tull (Ian Anderson) sang, "Too Old to Rock-N-Roll; Too Young to Die."
