Stainless Ruger 10/22 with Leupold 2-7x scope for $300?

This is the old style 10/22 with metal trigger guard and shiny stainless barrel. Comes with Leupold scope and black aftermarket synthetic stock. Three 10-rd mags, and two Eagle 30-rd mags. $300 is a good deal for this? Need input fast as I need to contact the seller.

That RamLine, or similar, stock is a plus for some, and a detraction for others. An original stock is easy to procure. The Leupold scope is a plus, so $300 is a fair deal. If that rifle were available, locally, I would buy it for that price. Not a super steal, but considering it has the all-metal trigger group, it raises the value, to me.

I think the scope makes it a slightly good deal along with the three factory mags. I would not have much faith in the Eagle mags functioning well.
