Stainless Compensator for Commander-Size 1911: SOLD

Help Support Ruger Forum:

I really don't know. I never tried it on my full-size Kimber. It was advertised as a commander-sized compensator when I bought it. It does replace the bushing. I'll try to find out. Maybe someone here knows the difference, if any.

Just for the knowledge base. The difference between a Govt bushing and a Commander is the length of the part that goes in the slide. The Commander is shorter due to the shorter slide. A commander bushing will work in a government size gun, but the reverse wont.
