SS 454 super redhawk ?

Did ruger make a SS 454 super redhawk (not a gray finish) looking to buy one. oldtimer

Don't think they ever did in the 7.5 and 9 inch SRH... The SRH Alaskan does have the traditional stainless finish

Someone on the forum, recently said that the newer models that are comming out, are the plain stainless finish. Apparently not too many people like the target gray.

The .454's and .480's all originally came out with a gray finish. I've seen one prototype .454 with a stainless finish, but after that all gray.
And yes, starting late last year or early this year they are now coming with the standard brushed finish.

Any decent gunsmith with a blast cabinet can do away with the target gray finish in short order.
