.44 SRH: I feel the trigger weight, both in single (4lbs) and double action (7lbs), as definitely excessive. Kuhnausen has not published anything about the SRH afaik, so I ask if there is a source, a link, or some specific instructions here, to lighten above all the single and, just in case, also the double action_

A 7lb trigger pull for a DA revolver is in competition shooting territory, I'd be extremely surprised if you could even find a professional to guarantee a better result.

SRH mechanism is the same type as GP-100, if you can find guidance for improving that trigger (it's available online, not sure about in a manual), that guidance would apply.
 
Wolfe makes a spring kit for the SRH. Changing the trigger return spring can help but be careful going too light on the mainspring or you will get light primer strikes
...too light striking is a problem I encountered working on S&W 19, that's why I ask first, here, before bothering even just the SRH single action
