SR9c issues

I am new at the forum, I discovered that I needed some help! I performed a basic takedown of my sr9c, just the disassembly described in the manual. When I reassembled it the chamber indicator bar is partially sticking up. There is nothing in the chamber or the magazine. I'm puzzled.

do another takedown and reassembly, per the instruction manual. if the condition continues be safe and have a good gunsmith look at it.

Break it down and reassemble. If the condition persists call Ruger CS and report it. I once had an issue with a LC9s and CS put a fellow on the phone who talked me through a fix.
