I have a rem 700 that's been through HS's custom shop. Action has been squared, rebarreled with one of their 21" sporter countour barrels (they are the exclusive producer of the Marine Corp sniper rifle barrels). Then skim bedded in one of there stocks. Very nice rig! If you send HS a rem 700 action it cost $1125 for them to rebarrel plus a $400 stock. Easily an $1800 rig new. But it ain't new so I'm putting a trade value at $900, half of new cost. But if you have one of the guns I'm wanting who knows! I also have a set of ch4d dies in 280AI, or don't forget Nosler makes factory ammo!
