Speedloader for SP101 .357 w/CR grips

Has anyone got a suggestion for a speedloader for a .357 SP101 with Crimson Trace grips? I've got an HKS 36A, and with .357 I have to drop the cartridges before they're fully inserted into the cylinder, sort of on an angle. The grips get in the way of the loader and don't let it line up straight.

Might try speed strips instead. They can be about as fast as speedloaders with practice. Plus they are flatter in the pocket.
