Just wondering if anyone has a collection of all the available calibers for the sp101. I just got my 357 and now find myself thinking about the 32 as I have a single six in 32, then it would be fun to have the 22 for plinking. Oh and don't forget the 9mm or the new 327. Anyone have all of them?

Nope, only 9mms. Was thinking about a .22LR but decided against it due to the current prices of the SP101s in calibers that are no longer produced.

Once you handle and shoot the SP101 it's hard not to be impressed. I purchased a 3" 9mm over a year ago and paid $400. I thought that price was high at the time. These days people selling the .22 and 9mm SP101 are pricing them as if they were made by elves in the Black Forest.

Amen! I'd like to have a .357 SP-101 for carry instead of my 6" M-19 but alas, the funds are too slim...

I'd dearly LOVE to have a .22 SP, but like QB, they are too pricey for me nowadays, if you can even find one for sale. I think the 9mm SP makes a lot of sense, too, but they are even more rare than the .22 versions. So, I guess I just stay with my SP in .357.

I have a 101 with a 3 1/8 barrel, that has a Hogue grip and an action job. It is my favorite and would be the last gun I would part with. However, I nearly always shoot 32 longs in it at the range. I reload and it has been shot alot.

I have a 2.25" .357. I would love Ruger to again produce the .22 cal model. Something like a 3-4" barrel, 7 or 8 shot, as many as they could get in the cylinder, and adj. rear sight. Great fun, great for smaller hands/kids, and built like a tank.

I have a 2 1/4" .38 and a 2 1/4" .357 DAO. Would like to get a 3 1/16" .357 also but I don't think I could ever try to collect them all! You can't have too many SP101's, though.

The only one I have is a 4" .32 H & R but if I ever find a .22 for sale I'll jerk it out of the guys hands so fast it'll leave blisters. Damn the price :)

Terry,
That is one great collection right there, and beautiful the way you have them displayed. I now have something to set my sights on and try to attain and would consider myself lucky to find half of those. If you have the time I would really like you to list the models and barrel lengths of those displayed.
Thanks,
Jazzman

+ 1 on that excellent collection, Terry !
I own a 9mm, a .357 and a .22lr all in the 2.25" length. The 9mm is by far my favorite, not only because it's a great shooter but because the moonclips make for fast reloading. I would also highly recommend Badger grips for the SP101s.

I added identification to the original post so that you can see it with the photo.
Thanks for the complements. I'm always looking for more but the Ca. 'safe gun' law puts a crimp in my buying. :(
