SP101 Trigger Job

How hard is it to do a smooth up trigger job on a SP101? I would like the action to be smoother. I put a lighter mainspring in it hoping it would help. I have not shot it yet to see if it ignites every time or not. I have read where there is info on a simple polshing of the action? does anyone have any info on this?
