sp convertable

just a thought, someone might be able to explain if it is possiable but could a sp101 be made convertable? how does the cylinder come off the crain? was a wild thought and dont even know if it is possiable.

thought is 357/9mm or 22lr/mag.

A gun that can shoot two different cartridges, the bullets having either the exact same or similar enough bore dimensions, but because of case shape/configuration differences requires the "2nd" cartridge to have its own, discreet cylinder. 22LR/22WMR, .32-30/.32 H&R or .327, .45LC/.45 ACP, .357/9mm, .38-40/.40 S&W or 10mm, etc. Some cartridge pairings don't require a second cylinder, such as .44 Mag/.44 Special, and .357/.38 Special, as the second cartridges--in these instances--are functionally and physically just shorter case'd versions of the other.
