SP 101 .32 H&R

I picked up a SP-101 in the .32 H&R with the windage adjustable sight. After shooting different loads that I currently use in my Bisley's they are all shooting from 8" to 12" high and would like to have a gunsmith put and adjustable back sight like a S&W with a new partridge style front sight. I was wondering if others have done something similar and if so would like to see pictures. Or if you have other ideas.

Not my gun or pic. I have this pic because I'm thinkin of doing the same thing. This is a SP101. I think that this is a job right up Alan Harton's alley. I have seen his S&W j-frame sight work to a stainless bearcat. Very clean.
