I have for sale, what started out as an early 70's variety No. 1A in 7 x 57 cal. Was in sad shape when I acquired it, so sent it off to Ruger for a complete re-build. New barrel, new inards, new stock, etc. is now basically a new rifle with an old receiver. Came back looking really fine and shoots the same.
I hunted it one year and have put maybe 150 rounds through it.
