Excellent condition Ruger Stainless 10-22 Target .22 LR Rifle. Ruger Hammer Forged 20 inch barrel. Bore is bright and shiny. Comes with Nikon Prostaff adj. 3x9x40 cross hair scope. 1 ten round magazine. Laminate stock. I bought this used as pictured, so I don't know the round count. Doesn't seem to be much.

Why is the scope on upside down?

It would work that way. Elevation becomes windage. Windage becomes elevation. Maybe he's left handed and finds it easier to adjust that way?

Or maybe he just tossed it on there for the pics and didn't notice?
