<SOLD> very late Ruger old model Blackhawk in 45 colt. This is a blued, 6-shot, single action revolver. S/N is 45-23023. The last OM 45 made was 45-23031, so this is one of the last ones made. According to Ruger, it shipped as a BKH44 in April, 1973. The gun is like new. It is 100% original (ie has the original lockwork) and has not been sent back to Ruger for the safety conversion. Bore is great, timing is good, lock up is tight. Bluing is great, grips are great. Box is excellent. Heck, the oil wrap is almost perfect.
Other than finding one like this, in this condition, with the shipper, it would be hard to upgrade from it.
