Single-Six 3 screw

How come this one appears odd to me. I cant put my finger on it but it might be the way the front sight is ramped.

The Old model Super Single-Six (adjustable sights) came standard with the "hooked" shape sight like that. When the NM Single-Six came out, Ruger put a more friendly downward slope on the front sight blade.
