Click the "Revolver Instruction Manuals & Product History". Go to "OM Single Six" for serial # ranges. Looks like yours is 1957.

Went there. Could not find serial # - date info. Possibly I can't see trees for forrest. Where would it be under?

I agree Ruger screwed this neat little feature up when they did the website update. Now we get this "Can't find it" all the time.

Ruger needs to put it back under a seperate button as before.
Not that I can't find it, because once you go there you can usually get back.

Single 6 .22 revolver serial #575XX. Year of manufacture?

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
Per the Red Eagle News Exchange, which our member Chet 15 puts out,
your Single Six is a 1957 Type 4 Flatgate (RSS5). Has a large round (with concave face) ejector rod button and a flat loading gate. S/N range 50598 to 61960 Approx. 11,000 made.
Hope this helps ya a wee bit.
Jim
