single 6 price?

I know where I can buy an older model single six in about 98% condition for 275. No box or paperwork.

This gun has the sight that is windage adjustable only and no extra metal on the top strap for the later adjustable sight...would you call this a flat top in .22? No extra cylinder in 22 Mg. just the 22 lr. wood grips.

Is 275 too much for one of these?

Nomenclature....... not a flat top in the Ruger world. Old Model Single-Six is the proper term. The Old Models with adjustable sights are Super Single-Sixes.

I think you've found a good deal..... but, there are quite a few variants, some of which are worth a significantly higher amount of money.

Serial number range and barrel length data will help us help you. :D
