Anyone else do an SB-X barrel upgrade to their 10-22 take-down? I'm really pleased with the accuracy of mine. Basically, a 12+ inch barrel with a permanent shroud over the threaded muzzle to make is "legal". I have a prodigy can that I wanted to use on it, but my version of the factory barrel did not have threads. This option lets me have the take-down suppressed at around 17 inches total.

The kit comes with a thread protector that is a "fake" suppressor:

Using the supplied instructions, the barrel swap took all of about ten minutes.

With the AAC Prodigy on the barrel:

It's a great shooter, and this option adds versatility.
