The weather has been to cold to just waste ammo in my new Alan Harton 480 so I've been making S&W stocks all week. Some are laminated for the competition shooters, others are English walnut, American Black walnut & American Holly.

Winters worth of Ruger handgun stocks.

Now its time to get back to shooting.

Very nice work! Have always loved laminates on the right gun of course. Those in pic almost have a Bisley-eque look to them. 8) Pic 2, row 2 set 5 are really nice too.
Maybe I've missed this in the past but is this a make-on-request operation?

BlkHawk73, We have the same taste ! My eye is always drawn to that set of stocks, also. Gorgeous wood !

Dick, what is Bocote ? Where is it from ? Just might have to give you a buzz soon

Jeff, I think Bocote is a south american wood, not sure, it has a lot of gold & black figure to it. Makes up into a really nice set of stocks when its finished.
