Every other Browning-designed pistol had an external extractor.

ONLY on the two MILITARY pistols did he go with internal extractors. I think we can infer what he thought of the idea from that fact.

Almost all of Browning's pistol designs had some military intent (i.e. the 1900 and the 1903), these guns did have external extactors, it's funny how Browning would move from the superior external extractor to an inferior internal one on his later two designs.

My VOTE what it will be.. Tactical Shot Gun.

Hmmm.... good call. Hadn't thought of that. That WOULD be a departure...

A semi auto 8 shot EB 12GA that doesn't cost $1500...
Maybe a detachable mag as well? That might not be PRK legal, tho, would it?

Well they did a polymer pistol (tactical) then a Pocket pistol, then a revolver, then an AR-15 style, so a shotgun is almost the only new idea and not just making the same thing in a different caliber. I would think Ruger does not want to take sales away from its other models by making a competing model in the same group/class, but who knows.

I like it(SR9c), seems 6 months ago almost everybody on here was asking for it. If the price is right I'm gonna buy one.

I'm with you on this. Check it out:

SR9C G19
Length 6.85 6.85
Height 4.61 5.00
Width 0.92 1.18 measured at the slide
Weight 23.2 20.99

It is not that much smaller and it weighs more. (empty at least)

I was hoping I didn't regret just buying a M&P 9C......and I don't. This gun should have been released with the original SR9. A single stacked 9 the size of a Kel Tec PF9 would have went over HUGE, I wonder what they were thinking. Also, I would have loved to see the 1911.
