Ruger Stamped Charging Handle

I bought my AR-556 (#8500) back in the summer of 2016 ($479 OTD). Mine has the Ruger Phoenix stamped on the charging handle. I heard that the newer AR-556 (2019 and newer) don't have the Ruger Phoenix stamped on the charging handle. Is this true? Someone told me that they saw an ad on ARMSLIST where someone had an AR-556 looking to buy a Ruger stamped charging handle for up to $50.

If it is actually something 'rare', the price should be much higher. With the cost of a common(el-cheapo) CH in the $15-20 range and a big name logo CH @ $50 or more, I'd think a 'rare' item like that would be closer to $100.
I only use 'gas deflector' style CH but put the standard issue on the uppers I expect to sell. Most folks don't know (or care) and that's one part which I've never broken (yet).
