No they didn't but thanks for your experience with them!
When I called them to ask how I should proceed, the woman on the phone asked what was wrong and what I wanted done. When I did, she put me on hold to ask her supervisor and came back and gave me an RMA.
I sent it in and a week later they sent a polite e-mail saying they had received the gun and would expedite repairs but didn't state a time when that might be.
No big deal as I figured it would take some time but was wondering what the members here experiences were.
