Was looking through my reloading spreadsheet earlier today. Not at home to dig up the targets, but development loads for my .308 Win Scout (16.1" barrel) provided the following group sizes at 100 yards:
2868fps = 130g TTSX, CFE223
1.1" overall, 2 each at 52.0,g 52.5g and 53.0g (52.0g=.72", 52.5g=.5", 53.0g=.70")
2805fps = 130g TTSX, Varget
1.1" overall, 2 each at 49.0,g and 49.5g (49.0g=.85", 49.5g=.45")
The Scout came in the laminate stock but now sits in Ruger's synthetic stock.
