Ruger Restoration Gunsmith?

Got a couple of old shooter grade Rugers sitting around here that I would like cleaned up... Stuff like topstrap holes welded and reblue without mucking up the original marking... Perhaps restoring the marking too.. Anyone out there you guys recommend for this type work?
