Does this set come with any choke tubes? I see that you state no choke tube wrench.

Yes there are chokes in the barrel tubes.

IIRCC, these tubes are Full Choke....there are no extra choke tubes or choke tube wrench.
The tool to remove the tubes those fits in the muzzle & you drive the tubes out.
I do see the instruction sheet in your pictures.

Man oh man! I tried forever to get a Ruger 28 gauge and never got one. My plan was to get the 410 choke tubes like you have. I ended up getting a Beretta 28 gauge. I still want an engraved Ruger 28 gauge like my 20 gauge. I may put up my Freedom Arms Model 97 44 special for trade for one.
