Ruger Precision Rifle rail thickness

No. There are 10s of thousands (or probably much more) of different rifle, rail, barrel, hand guard, and scope combinations, there is no possible way to list them all.
Lay a straight edge on the flat upper surface of the rail. Make a guesstimate of where the front scope bell will be and measure from bottom of straight edge to barrel. Measure actual diameter of scope front bell where it starts to taper to 1". Divide this number by 2. Add those numbers and subtract 1/2". If I haven't confused myself, this should be the minimum scope ring height to allow the scope bell to clear the barrel.
I don't do it this way since I have multiple rings of different heights and shapes and just do trial and error until I find a combination I like. Other consideration: does the bolt handle clear the scope? I spent 1/2 hour getting everything 'just so' for a guy only to discover the large rear lens housing prevented bolt movement. Another time, a combination of short scope tube and a very abrupt expansion from 1" to 44mm front lens caused the scope bell to contact the mounting rail even though the front bell cleared the barrel.

Don't 'over think it'. If this seems a big issue, take the rifle to a well stocked gun shop or even a gunsmith and let them figure it out.
So I ran the numbers and if I go with rings from the same manufacturer as the scope (Arken) and I do the low rings, with lens cover attached I would have just 0.1mm of clearance (for context that is only about 2-3 times the thickness of a human hair), and I would be concerned that if the hand guard heats up too much or flexes that it might contact the scope. Or, if I do the medium rings I will get plenty of clearance, but maybe too much, because I would have over a third of an inch. What do you think?
