Ruger Police Carbine on the news this week in San Diego

I saw a Ruger Police Carbine being carried by a police officer in San Diego this week. There was a man barricaded in a house near the airport. It was on the news. Not sure which P.D. had it?
I said "hey thats my gun" .............maybe San Diego or some other P.D. might be trading them in soon..........but in California they probably will destroy them when they are done with them?

Excellent! I have a PC9 and will never sell or trade it. Would be nice to see a large trade in hit the market, they wouldn't last long.

PC9 's are near impossible to find. I did see a PC4 yesterday at LGS for $599 w/ 8 mags.

They show up on Gunbroker from time to time, that's where I got the one I have now, a police trade in.
The exterior is a little dinged here and there and it has a number branded into the stock but internally, hardly any wear at all. I got it for 649.00 but have seen "like new" ones with all accessories and box go far more.
I had one before, and a PC4 that I never fired but traded or sold them both. Missed the fun factor and finally got the PC9 back.
I would but another if a fair deal came along but they are few and far between.
